The header animal image is a little blurred to me. Looking at the CSS for the title headers I would've tried a different approach to ensure when increasing text size the elements dont break. Looks like all the rounded corner titles have fixed images for the bg, so when you increase the text size it breaks. Some elements have gradients and some don't, I think the signup button in orange could use some styling to enhance it more. I'd prefer if the community impact box was redesigned and inserted into the image header, its lost in the right column and looks like a really important feature of this site, having it in the header would give it maximum impact and awareness.
